What is the official date of the conference?

The Conference will take place Monday, July 14Friday, July 18, 2025, beginning at 8:00 AM CST on Monday, July 14, 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM CST on Friday, July 18, 2025.

Can I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, if you would like a certificate of attendance to be issued after attending NACCHO360, please email NACCHO360reg@naccho.org with your request.   

Health & Safety 

What health and safety protocols are in place? 
By attending the NACCHO 360, you agree to comply with NACCHO’s Health & Safety Policy if you are attending in person, please monitor the Preparedness Summit website for the latest updates to the health & safety policies and guidelines.   

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Continuing Education Credits are not available for NACCHO360 2025.   

Registration

What are the different registration types?

  • Member - NACCHO360 is a member conference. Active NACCHO members (staff at local health departments, non-profits, governments, and corporate, individual, retiree) receive this discounted rate ($170-$345 off regular price, depending on when you register). Not a member? Become one today
  • Member, Additional - Active NACCHO members automatically see this registration type ($25 off member price) when a colleague from your health department or organization has already registered for NACCHO360.
  • Non-Member - Full-price registration rates for attendees that are not NACCHO members. Not a member? Become one today
  • Speaker - Individuals whose abstracts were selected and will be presenting at the conference receive the listed discounted rates. If you intend only to participate in your speaker session only, please email NACCHO360reg@naccho.org for more details.
  • Student - Students attending an accredited college, university, or other higher education program receive this reduced rate ($425 off member price). Students must submit verification of active enrollment by emailing a copy of their current Student ID to NACCHO360reg@naccho.org prior to registering

How do I register for the conference?

How do I access my MyNACCHO account?

  • To create or access your account, visit MyNACCHO. Once logged in, you may print your invoices, event confirmations, receipts, and view other personalized NACCHO information and activities. For assistance creating or accessing your account, view this guide.

What does a full registration include?

  • The Full In-Person Registration fee includes admission to all regular sessions, workshops, posters, and the exhibit hall.
  • The Livestream Registration fee includes access to on-demand pre-recorded sessions, livestream sessions, and live Q&A opportunities during our plenaries and livestreamed sessions.
  • Both in-person and livestream registrants will have access to virtual content, including livestream and virtual-only sessions, for 90 days post conference. 

Something in my registration (e.g., name, registration type, etc) is wrong. How do I change it?

How do I substitute someone else from my organization?

  • You can send substitutes at any time. You must email your request to NACCHO360Reg@naccho.org and provide the new attendee’s name, designation (MD, RN, etc.), email, job title, and mobile number. We will respond confirming the substitution.

How do I submit verification to receive the student rate? 

  • All student registrations will be verified to ensure that registrants qualify for these special rates. Please submit a copy of your Student ID to NACCHO360Reg@naccho.org)

What payment types do you accept?

I don’t have payment ready right now. Can I add payment later?
Yes. At the end of your registration form, select the “Bill Me Later” option to be invoiced. We must receive your credit card, check, or purchase order payment in full by 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. If we have not received payment in full by this date, you will be allowed to pay only by credit card after this date to ensure Summit access. 

I need a copy of an invoice/receipt. How do I get one?
An invoice/receipt/confirmation is e-mailed with each conference registration that is completed. If you’ve added payment at a different time, you can get an invoice by logging in to your MyNACCHO account and clicking "My Transactions." You can also email NACCHO360Reg@naccho.org to obtain a copy. 

What’s NACCHO’s tax ID number?

Privacy Policies

  • Privacy Policy—Videos/Photos & NACCHO: As a NACCHO360 Conference attendee, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation, reward, or penalty. 
  • Privacy Policy—Contact Information & NACCHO: As a NACCHO360 Conference attendee, you have been asked to provide your name and other contact information so that we can send you updates on this meeting. NACCHO may also send you emails and/or mailings in the future to share information regarding NACCHO membership or upcoming NACCHO events.
  • Privacy Policy—Contact Information & Exhibitors/Sponsors: The NACCHO360 Conference provides pre- and post- show attendee lists to our exhibitors and sponsors as a benefit of their support. The following information is provided to them for a one-time usage in a spreadsheet format: name, title, company, and mailing address. Exhibitors and sponsors utilize this list to distribute information regarding products and services, as well as provide information concerning specific events at the NACCHO360 Conference. Emails and phone numbers are never shared, unless you opt-in. Please note: opting out of sharing your email and phone number could prevent receipt of special hospitality events and extra-curricular educational invitations from our Exhibitors/Sponsors.

Attendee List Sales Scam Warning

PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR TARGETED CONFERENCE SCAMS. It has come to our attention that 'companies' are contacting some NACCHO members and meeting attendees to offer them sale of the NACCHO360 attendee mailing list. This, unfortunately, has become a more common occurrence for association annual meetings and trade shows in recent years. Software programs can 'crawl' association websites to harvest usable email addresses, which scammers then contact.

NACCHO does not sell its meeting registration lists or authorize any third party to distribute or sell meeting attendee lists, or lists related to any NACCHO event.

NACCHO cannot be held responsible for any interaction or sale with these fraudulent company(s). We take this matter very seriously and will do whatever possible to protect our attendees, partners and exhibitors. 

If you are contacted by a company claiming to have access to a NACCHO attendee list, do not respond to their message, even to 'unsubscribe' to additional messages, as this just informs the sender that your email address is active, and will usually result in additional unwanted email.
